ORDERING INFORMATION

Provide us with your name, phone number, e-mail address and let us know what American Rustic Designs Creation you are interested in. We will get back to you within two business days to personalize your order.

We accept all major Credit Cards - Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You will be charged within 24 hours after placing your order.

A Deposit of 30% is required for all purchases of $75.00 and over. Custom Design Order Deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours. Purchases under $75.00 are to be paid in full at time of purchase. You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

We do charge Sales Tax on all purchases.

All shipping expenses are paid by the Customer. If a balance is due, we will ask for payment before the order is shipped.

When your Order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number and the name of the shipping company.

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We also do not ship some merchandise to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, due to the dimensions of our products and carrier restrictions.

We have Gift Certificates available for that special person.
